The printed area measures 20 × 30 cm (approximately 7.9 × 11.8 inches).

A3 is a worldwide standard format, so you can easily find a frame anywhere in the world.

What is a Risoprint?

A Risoprint is made using a Riso duplicator, a machine that prints one colour layer at a time with eco-friendly, rice-based inks.
This technique creates vibrant colours with a subtle vintage feel.

Because each colour layer is printed separately, tiny variations naturally occur, meaning no two prints are ever completely the same—which is the whole charm of Risography.

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email me at hello@julaosten.com with a clear statement that you wish to return your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in unused, undamaged condition.

• Prints and artworks must be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection.

• Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging cannot be refunded.

Please note:
Because my products are art prints, slight variations in colour, texture or alignment are inherent to the Riso printing process and do not qualify as defects.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalised artworks/commissions

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• I recommend using a trackable shipping service. I cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you.
If the return is approved, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that:

• Original shipping costs are not refunded, except if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds may take a few days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@julaosten with photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Your artwork is carefully packed and shipped from Portugal within 2–4 business days.
As soon as it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your print’s journey.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Shipping times depend on your location and your local postal service. Around holidays or busy periods, things may move a little slower—thanks for your patience.
