Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in unused, undamaged condition.

Prints and artworks must be returned in their original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection.

Returns that arrive damaged due to improper packaging cannot be refunded.
Please note:
Because my products are art prints, slight variations in colour, texture or alignment are inherent to the Riso printing process and do not qualify as defects.

If the return is approved, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that:

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds may take a few days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@julaosten with photos of the issue. I will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
